We hope that you will feel warmly welcomed and comfortable at First Presbyterian Church. Our congregation is a spiritual home to all kinds of people, including lifelong believers and those who have questions and doubts. It includes people from many backgrounds and faith perspectives, all of whom come together to worship God and serve God's creation.

Worship and Sunday School Hours

Sunday worship is at 10:30 a.m. Christian education for children is concurrent with our 10:30 a.m. worship service. Sunday school for adults and youth (grades 7 through 12) is at 9:30 a.m.

UPCOMING EVENTS....ASH WEDNESDAY Service is February 22 at 6:30 p.m.

Join us for Soup & Spirituality Dinners during Lent at 6 p.m. beginning Feb. 29 through Mar. 28!

Office Hours and Location

The church office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pastors' hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or by appointment any time.

The church is located at 311 7th Street Charleston, Illinois (corner of 7th Street and Madison Avenue).
